cannot connect to internet on powerbook G4

I am using a PB G4 running OS 10.4.11. I had been able to connect to either wireless or dsl until today. Now I cannot connec to either (the other computers still can.) I looked in the network setting but I have no clue what to do and don't want to make matters worse. How do I get this to work again? Thanks.

Try turning off the router and your PBook. Wait 5 minutes, then turn then turn the router back on and restart your PBook.

If that didn't help, open a Finder window. Select MacintoshHD in the Sidebar on the left then open the Library folder then the Preferences folder. Move the SystemConfiguration folder from the Preferences folder to the Trash. Restart your PBook.

If that didn't help, try these links:

Thanks for the help and I'll use for future if I have to. I didn't have time to try your suggestion because I had to go out. By the time I came back logged into my computer of opened up Safari everything was fine and I connected! No clue what gremlin got in and solved but I'm leaving well enough alone for now. Your info will come in handy in the future I'm sure!!! I always forget to reset the router.
